Woodside Ngujima-Yin FPSO Acquisition Engineering Data Analysis
Information Quality was approached to assist Woodside with the purchase of the Ngujima-Yin FPSO facility. Specifically to analyse, collate and audit several disparate sources of engineering data to produce a Master list of critical and key engineering deliverables compliant with Woodside standards. This includes as build surveys and the incorporation of mark-ups to the respective deliverables.
On this project, IQ also partnered with Intergraph to assist in the implementation, configuration and development of the Brownfields Data Organiser (BDO). This SmartPlant Foundation module was integral to the success of the project and was also the precursor to the new Intergraph product SmartPlant Fusion which IQ presented at HxGN Live 2013 in Las Vegas. Due to Information Quality’s diverse and highly skilled resource pool, we have also had the opportunity to supply Engineers and Technical Authors to ensure Operational Technical System Manuals are compliant with both legislative requirements and Woodside standards. Further to this, IQ also supplies document controllers to facilitate the squad checks and processing of as built engineering deliverables and operational documentation.
