Woodside Brownfields Information Management Support
IQ are currently engaged to perform a capability review of Woodside Energy Limited’s brownfields information systems to determine and define the required capability, and to identify the delta between current and required capability.
This scope consists of stakeholder engagement with administrative technical and senior management personnel, workshops and detailed analysis of the people, processes and technologies currently utilised to manage information across brownfields works.
The outputs from the project include a corporate brownfields engineering capability definition document supported by prioritised initiatives required to close the delta between current and ideal capability.
