Sustaining Capital Project – Information Management Strategy

Information Quality were engaged to provide a strategic plan for the management of Information on a major sustaining capital scope for a multinational miner on their Paraburdoo site.

Reviewing the clients requirements, budget and current practices, Information Quality were able to produce a fit for purpose Information Management Strategy which provides exceptional information governance, improved handover and greater project information transparency while dovetailing into existing methods and process.

The strategy developed by Information Quality retains current delivery methodology while providing all project stakeholders with a single source of truth for project information, supporting enhanced project management capability and optimal handover assurance.
