Engineering Data Verification
Information Quality were engaged to consolidate, verify, standardise and complete all Key Engineering Lists for the Ichthys project.
The scope supported digital transformation through consolidation of numerous delivered schedules and datasets, verification of delivered information, creation of consistent and reliable lists and preparation of all information for publication in the client Engineering Data Warehouse.
Maintenance Build efficiency enhanced with ProDat
Information Quality successfully executed the development of the asset hierarchy build for Woodside Energy’s Pluto Train 2 Project, a critical step in the preparation phase for the overall maintenance build delivery. The project involved review and validation of approximately 70,000 tags, creation of functional locations, and a comprehensive enhancement of SAP Master Data quality.
IQ Continuing Tradition of Riding for Cancer
Information Quality again supported the Harry Perkins institute of Medical Research by sponsoring and participating in the MACA Cancer200 ride.
The 2024 ride saw 1,227 riders raise an amazing $10,330.320.

ProDat Uptake Accelerates
Since making our in-house data staging and Asset Management tool ProDat available as a hosted Web Solution in 2023, client uptake and feedback has been very promising and exciting. Several Tier 1 owner-operators have utilised ProDat’s wide range of functions from Maintenance Builds to Spares Criticality Analysis, Information Staging and Maintenance Strategy development. The application has been mobilised across a variety of projects where Information Quality Subject Matter Experts are leveraging the capabilities of ProDat to further enhance the IQ value proposition.
Maintenance Builds Enhanced – Safety Critical Testing Optimised
Information Quality successfully delivered Maintenance build services for Beach Energy, enhancing Safety Critical Function Testing maintenance procedures within the Cooper Basin.
3D Model data extraction to assist Bulk Ordering prior to Detail Design
Information Quality were engaged by a leading Engineering contractor for the analysis and manipulation of existing 3D model information to increase efficiencies in bulk order estimations.
Santos PNG Asset Hierarchy Update
Information Quality’s Asset Management and Maintenance Master Data expertise were engaged to update the asset hierarchy to align to the ISO 14224 framework for the Santos PNG assets. This included evaluating and reassigning maintenance where appropriate.
FLNG Engineering Information Management Assurance Review
As part of our client’s dedication to excellence in Information Management, Information Quality was engaged to facilitate an Engineering Information Management Assurance Review to support ongoing operations, maintenance and brownfield projects.
Combining IQ’s EIM principles and review toolkit with client Specifications and Information Procedures, IQ engaged Company and Contractor information stakeholders to validate the implementation of end-to-end EIM processes and procedures.
