Information Quality are happy to have extended the support services provided to Woodside’s Karratha Supply Facility (formerly King Bay Supply Base) with a series of minor works projects currently being executed.
Information Quality have partnered with Intergraph to provide services to Inpex Ichthys. Intergraph and Information Quality personnel will assist the Inpex Ichthys project by publishing data produced by all EPCs into the Inpex EDM Portal.
Leading French Energy provider GDF Suez recently appointed Information Quality the Project Management Consultancy role to oversee all aspects of the Engineering Data Management scope for the Bonaparte Floating LNG Facility.
This year Information Quality was once again invited to present within the Process, Power and Marine stream of the Hexagon World Conference. IQ Director, Peter Nicholson took the stage to share his thoughts on maximizing the benefits from intelligent data deliverables across the life cycle of mega-projects.
Peters experience of Megaproject execution and handover from both the Owner Operator and EPC perspectives was very well received and created a number of interesting talking points. In addition IQ’s General Manager, Adam Head supported Intergraph by participating in a TV Panel Discussion on why project handover is regarded as such an important topic by owner operators…
During Woodside’s Pluto LNG Plant project, Engineering work packs were developed to record as build engineering information resulting from carry over work post RFSU. Due to IQ’s proven ability to consider the impact of engineering data across multiple operational systems, we were successful in tendering for the incorporation of these Engineering Workpack updates.
Woodside is the major equity holder and operator of the Browse Joint Venture, which aims to commercialise the Venture’s three gas and condensate fields, Brecknock, Calliance and Torosa, which lie in the Indian Ocean, 425 km north of Broome in Western Australia.

Adam Head, Information Quality’s General Manager was in Las Vegas recently to present IQ’s groundbreaking work on Intergraph’s new legacy data capture & optimisation solution, Smartplant Fusion.
Originally implemented within IQ as the Brownfields Data Organiser, Smartplant Fusion development was enhanced through close collaboration between IQ, Woodside and Intergraph, to take the solution to the cornerstone product it is rapidly becoming. This product development work was performed simultaneously with a large acquisition project, a major brownfields scope, undertaken by Information Quality.
Information Quality was approached to assist Woodside with the purchase of the Ngujima-Yin FPSO facility. Specifically to analyse, collate and audit several disparate sources of engineering data to produce a Master list of critical and key engineering deliverables compliant with Woodside standards.
