This client decided to engage industry ‘best in class’ expertise to review, validate, cleanse and transition PowerStation deliverables into the corporate document control management system Assai. IQ provided a value addition in successfully breaking out and registering 16000 key Engineering, Operations and Maintenance deliverables previously embedded within large Manuals.
IQ utilised Automation techniques to efficiently extract document metadata and equipment tag numbers from the separated deliverables generating a complete deliverables list as well as enhancing existing tag registers. Tag to document relationships which were loaded to Assai providing increased functionality and access to documents and data and for the Operations and Maintenance team.
