Maintenance Build efficiency enhanced with ProDat

Information Quality successfully executed the development of the asset hierarchy build for Woodside Energy’s Pluto Train 2 Project, a critical step in the preparation phase for the overall maintenance build delivery.

The project involved review and validation of approximately 70,000 tags, creation of functional locations, and a comprehensive enhancement of SAP Master Data quality.

The Information Quality asset management team leveraged advanced Information Management and Engineering Data Management expertise to validate equipment tags and build the asset hierarchy efficiently. Utilising IQ’s ProDat asset management and staging tool, the compilation and comparison of key engineering lists and critical deliverables was streamlined to ensure the smooth development, review, and approval of the asset hierarchy.

This approach, using talented resources and the IQ in-house tool set, resulted in a robust and reliable data foundation, supporting the digital delivery and operational success of Pluto Train 2.
