Woodside Maintenance Strategy Project 2
The KGP MSP2 project intends to review all non-TI Maintenance Strategies across KGP, with the objective of optimising maintenance and achieving top quartile reliability. This project will also ensure that the KGP SAP Maintenance build is aligned with appropriate maintenance strategies, meets the master data standard and is executable.
Woodside elected to leverage Information Quality’s considerable experience in the definition and development of effective maintenance project execution plans. IQ commenced with a pilot scope, taking the outputs developed to ensure project success and contribute to the eventual strategy and content. In addition Woodside have engaged IQ to deliver SAP automation and technical services to enable advanced efficiency in project delivery through the automation of critical data population.
