Woodside Digital Solutions Initiative
Due to Information Quality’s proven expertise and experience, Woodside elected to engage IQ’s Project Schedule Management services to resurrect a challenging Digital Solutions Project which was running behind schedule and stuck at the ‘build stage’. Specifically IQ are responsible for reviewing / auditing the current project status and schedule through to completion. Based on the findings in this review, IQ are preparing a list of recommendations and actions to bring the project back on schedule and to a successful completion. This service includes the provision of a recovery cost and schedule, then managing both closely to ensure the project runs smoothly to completion.
