Having a well-trained, motivated and local workforce is a fundamental driver to maintaining quality of service to all of our clientele.

One of the key foundations of this belief is our Traineeship program. Every year Information Quality recruit and nurture outstanding young talent, providing mentorship, training and engineering skills to complement the raw potential and thirst for knowledge of the next generation of our exceptional skill pool.

Information Quality traineeship graduates have been exposed to all facets of the business, bringing vibrancy and energy to the task at hand, developing novel techniques and allowing us to deliver results focussed solutions which exceed our clients expectations.

With consistently high achievements, including Jack Maxwell’s nomination for WA Trainee of the Year, and regular high praise from clients, our trainees continue to provide IQ with outstanding return on our training investment.
